Week 5 (02/03/26): Strong, Supported, and in Control: Pelvic Floor Health Through the Menopause Spectrum with Dr. Allison Riley, PT, DPT, OCS

In this session, you will gain a deeper understanding of your pelvic floor and how it changes throughout the menopause spectrum. We’ll start by exploring pelvic floor anatomy, helping you visualize the muscles, their function, and how they interact with your core, hips, and breathing. Next, we’ll discuss how pelvic floor muscles can change during perimenopause and menopause, including shifts in strength, coordination, and support. You’ll also learn about common pelvic floor–related symptoms, such as incontinence, pelvic heaviness, discomfort, or painful sex, and what may be driving them.

The session includes an interactive portion, where you’ll have the chance to get up and try practical exercises, including breathing patterns and integrating your breath with your pelvic floor. By the end, you’ll leave with tangible strategies to connect with your pelvic floor, support your core, and promote long-term pelvic health.

Week 6 (02/10/26): Sexual Health & Menopause: What Every Woman Deserves to Know with Jackcy Jacob, MD, FACP, FAAP

This candid, evidence-based session explores how menopause impacts libido, arousal, and sexual comfort—and what women can do to feel more confident and connected in this stage of life. We’ll discuss how hormonal shifts and brain chemistry influence desire, why arousal may change, and how tissue changes in the vulva and vagina can affect comfort and pleasure. Participants will also learn about Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM), painful intercourse, and the full range of effective treatment options, including vaginal estrogen, DHEA, testosterone, lubricants, and pelvic floor physical therapy.

The session also includes practical strategies for improving intimacy, whether solo or partnered, as well as lifestyle approaches—such as sleep, stress regulation, and movement—that support sexual wellbeing. We’ll close with guidance on what symptoms warrant evaluation and how a menopause-trained clinician approaches sexual health concerns.

Week 7 (02/17/26): Midlife Muscle: The Strength-Building Blueprint for Women As We Age with Anna Renderer, MS

This focused, science-based talk teaches women in midlife why building and maintaining muscle is the single most powerful thing they can do to improve metabolism, reduce fat gain, balance hormones, strengthen bones, and feel energized again. As estrogen declines and muscle naturally decreases, women must train differently than they did in their 20s — and this session breaks down exactly how. Attendees will leave with clear, doable strategies to build muscle efficiently, safely, and sustainably even if they haven't exercised in years.
